In this privacy statement, we explain how we handle your personal data that we have obtained via our website and our brands, as well as via our webshop.

Collecting data
Ter Steege B.V. can obtain information from you in the following ways:
- directly from you: for example, by entering into an agreement with us, if you contact us by email, telephone or in writing, or by subscribing to our newsletter or if you use the webshop;
- via our own website or that of our brands: we collect various data via the website for purposes including the performance, improvement and registration of our services. This includes the use of cookies, IP address, location data and information about the use of our website and digital newsletters. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. If you do not want this, you can always let us know and we will block the IP address in our systems. Of course, we will respect your privacy at all times.
The personal data you provide to us or that we receive from third parties may include the following: your name, your position, company name, e-mail address, your telephone number, the document number of your identification, account information, company address, your gender, your date of birth, the data you provided in your communication with us, any updates to the aforementioned data provided to us.
- Use of the data
We, or third parties acting on our behalf, collect, use and store the aforementioned personal data for the following reasons: visits to our website or the website of our brands, receipt and delivery of goods, for internal commercial reasons (legitimate interest), in the context of protection against fraud and reduction of credit risk.
Internal purposes
For internal business reporting, business administration, ensuring sufficient insurance for our activities, ensuring the safety of business facilities, research and development, and to identify and implement opportunities for business efficiency.
Marketing
We would like to occasionally send you certain marketing communications, including electronic marketing communications, to existing customers. We do this from a marketing and business development perspective.
However, we will always ask for your consent for direct marketing communications where we are legally required to do so.
